Customer Service Representative

Overview:
Grow With Us! We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our P&C customers.
This position will report to our agency located in Putnam, CT.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Answer incoming calls/meet with client walk-ins as needed.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
Process and follow up on policy changes/endorsements.
Work thru and monitor your daily task list.
Demonstrate accuracy and effectively document all correspondence in our Client Management System.
Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school or bachelor's degreeCT Property & Casualty License preferred but will train the right person.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skillsPunctual, Reliable and OrganizedExperience with Vertafore products is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to multi-task and take direction.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Ability to work with team members in department and agency.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
